Ésta frase ha sido todo un emblema en nuestra última actividad en Córcega. El equipo participante en el curso internacional sobre bibliotecas humanas e interpretación creativa de historias, ya está de vuelta, con extra de motivación y de experiencias increíbles vividas durante esos 7 días.
Durante la semana de formación en Pioggiola y Olmi Capella, 23 jóvenes provenientes de Finlandia, Lituania, España y Córcega han compartido historias personales conectadas con las tradiciones, el arraigo y la cultura de cada territorio.
El curso, liderado por la organización corsa L’Aria, en colaboración con las entidades Europimpulse, Jóvenes Dinamizadores Rurales, Ecomuseo La Ponte, Eurobug y El consejo regional de Ostrobothnia, abordaba conceptos como la salvaguarda y transmisión del patrimonio cultural inmaterial, o la organización y experimentación de bibliotecas humanas en entornos rurales. Estas temáticas se trabajaron a través de diferentes metodologías prácticas y participativas que han permitido al grupo de jóvenes vivenciar todo el proceso, en un entorno artístico y creativo.
El proceso de aprendizaje fue creciendo a medida que avanzaba la semana. El grupo aragonés, a pesar de ser el más joven, participó activamente en todas las dinámicas, compartiendo historias sobre tradiciones sociales, personales y culturales de nuestra zona, que fueron interpretadas a través de jotas cantadas y bailadas con la comunidad local.
En palabras propias de las participantes, «esta experiencia ha sido útil, increíble, educativa y divertida». Se llevan a casa «nuevos amigos, aprendizaje sobre otras culturas pero también un mayor nivel de autoconocimiento personal, información sobre como organizar bibliotecas humanas y sobre todo, muchos buenos recuerdos». Todos los jóvenes repetirían la experiencia sin dudarlo, lo cual nos demuestra que este tipo de acciones suponen una oportunidad y un recurso que enriquece y fortalece el crecimiento personal y social de nuestros jóvenes. Una herramienta que les permite conocer nuevas personas y lugares y nuevas formas de relacionarse y romper barreras culturales.

«THIS EXPERIENCE IS AMAZING!»
That has been one of the most repeated conclusions in the evaluation of our last activity in Corsica. The team participating in the international course on human libraries and creative interpretation of stories is now back, with extra motivation and incredible experiences lived during those 7 days.
During the training week in Pioggiola and Olmi Capella, 23 young people from Finland, Lithuania, Spain and Corsica shared personal stories connected to the traditions, roots and culture of each territory.
The course, led by the Corsican organization L’Aria, in collaboration with the organizations Europimpulse, Jóvenes Dinamizadores Rurales, Ecomuseo La Ponte, Eurobug and the regional council of Ostrobothnia, addressed concepts such as the safeguarding and transmission of intangible cultural heritage, or the organization and experimentation of libraries humans in rural environments. These themes were worked on through different practical and participatory methodologies that have allowed the group of young people to experience the entire process, in an artistic and creative environment.
The learning process grew as the week progressed. The Aragonese group, despite being the youngest, actively participated in all the dynamics, sharing stories about social, personal and cultural traditions of our area, which were interpreted through jotas sung and danced with the local community.
In participants own words, «this experience has been useful, incredible, educational and fun.» They take home «new friends, learning about other cultures but also a higher level of personal self-knowledge, information on how to organize human libraries and above all, many good memories.» All young people would repeat the experience without hesitation, which shows us that these types of actions represent an opportunity and a resource that enriches and strengthens the personal and social growth of our young people. A tool that allows them to meet new people and places and new ways of relating and breaking cultural barriers.
