Rural Youth Activators

JDR is a network of restless and entrepreneurial young people, capable of energizing and transforming their environment by promoting participation among their peers.

JDR provides sustainable tools and frameworks that enable young people in rural areas to develop personal, social, and professional initiatives.

JDR is committed to sustaining rural life in Aragon, focusing on the most scarce yet most powerful resource our villages have: their young people.

Rural Youth Activators is a cooperation project promoted by 14 local action groups and 21 counties in Aragon. It is part of Measure 19.3 of the Aragon Rural Development Programme (RDP) 2023–2028, co-funded by the Directorate-General for Rural Development and the European Union’s EAFRD programme.

This measure aims to promote mutual learning and seek common solutions to the specific needs of young people living in rural areas.

The project is supported by 21 counties across Aragon and other organizations that contribute to the development and implementation of our initiatives.
